Casey is still on an isolated island in Northern Norway and must collect heavy-ass wood on a boat trip up a fjord. Dan is in Phoenix in the game room and both discuss the merits (or lack thereof) of malls, duty free and gun sheaths. Also, Super Mario is Casey's plumber and Dan estimates how many ten-year-olds it would take to bring him down.
