This week Gregg gets caught up in conversation with Anna Gouker. Anna graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Majority of her career has been in job development services for people with disabilities and most recently she is a voice to educate people on the caregiver crisis. Anna hosts the podcast Lead The Way with Anna Gouker. In 2020, Anna released a book of essays, Don't Ask Permission to Fly and in 2021, founded the nonprofit organization, The Rage Fund.

Gregg brought on a dear co-conspirator and friend for this week's episode. Araceli Esparza is the founder of Midwest Mujeres. Midwest Mujeres (Midwest Women) is a mentorship collective for multicultural women's entrepreneurial or career growth. They focus on storytelling, networking, mentoring, marketing, and helping women build their platforms to close the wage gap for all women. 

Araceli is also a mother, speaker, DEI consultant, writer, and bad-ass community organizer.

Her latest endeavor, Boxes of Fun, is a partnership with Something Special from Wisconsin to support small businesses throughout the state. In the middle of the lock down, Christine created a way that locally made goods could be delivered keeping businesses running.

Ms. Harrington is the Chief Executive Officer of GenAlpha Technologies, a technology company that enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to sell and service their equipment and parts online. As an advocate of manufacturing, she is a recognized thought leader in the B2B manufacturing digital transformation space, sharing her knowledge and experience through multimedia platforms including blogs, webinars, and podcasts.

Prior to joining GenAlpha, Ms. Harrington worked in leadership roles in sales and aftermarket with Enerpac, Caterpillar and Bucyrus International. Her career has spanned positions in the home office as well as regional assignments in Canada, Brazil, and Peru.
