I like this book
I like this book. But I didn't find there anything new actually. I call this book a quide and no more! Because the author didn't penetrate inside my mind at all. He only tries to explain very superficially. So, I don't recommend this book if you don't want to be dissapointed about meditation. Try to read a crossing or the drop's history by Anatoliy Obraztsov and you'll get more fun for sure!
