I had a candid conversation with guest Tania Marisa Spiritual Creator & Wellness Writer regarding some of the relationship challenges that we face as grown women when it comes to relationships, from intimate relationships too friendships. 

In this podcast I have an open conversation in understanding that the adversity that we've faced in life should not be our end, in fact understanding what we think, our thoughts, our attitude in how we respond to it is what changes your experience and shapes your life.

I speak from my heart regarding some of the challenges that I went through in more recent years as a black women regarding my natural hair. Due to the pressures that surrounded I felt I had to conform to societies European standards in order to be accepted, and had to find my way to me loving my hair/appearance.

Season 1: Episode 3. On this episode we have a transparent conversation in regards to how we overcome some of the less fortunate experiences we have faced in stages of our lives that have now made us the confident women we are today.
