Taken on location in Virginia Beach at my parents’ place as we sit inside the garage. It was supposed to be a walk around the pond — but it rained. No podcast equipment around. Recorded low budget style with the phone. We discuss about what happened in 2020 and what we hope for in 2021.

This is the first season finale episode. Here, I will discuss everything about the Twenty400 Block Podcast from my humble beginnings, my review of all episodes, and what goes on behind the scenes, too.  I also get a chance to interview Da Narrator Beats who came up with the intro to our show. And on our second segment, I have a virtual round table talk with my friend Dan as we discuss success stories on people over 40 as well as providing our own perspective. Lastly, is spoken word talk with my friend Ken as he discusses about ADHD and more!

Despite being one person short for this live podcast recording, Ray and I managed to kickstart this episode as we discuss many things for someone to improve his or her lifestyle. Even in these challenging times with COVID19 guidelines in place, it can still be achieved. Also in this episode, we get a sneak preview of the hit-single “l.o.v.e.” by indie singer/ songwriter Franki Love whose album is available for pre-order on the Bandcamp app/ website.
