Dear men,
This week's episode is a conversation that men should listen to and try to understand. Women go through so much in terms of harassment and abuse coming from men. In the episode I talk about my many experiences with men, how to properly and improperly approach/flirt with women, and how to help us feel a little more safe in this world.
We're back with another episode, babyyyy! This one is a short and light-hearted one about how to live your best life and exude positive energy out into the world. We talk about how to change your outlook on life and how to stop being so negative about situations around you. You have one life, and one life only, so live it up.
In this week's episode I open up about the weight gain that I have experienced as I have gotten older throughout the years. Insecurities, dieting, weight fluctuations, and the impact that social media influencers and celebrities have on individuals, especially in their twenties, are topics all discussed within this episode!
Two weeks ago I turned 21, and for the first time, my birthday hit a little different. Whether that is because 21 truly does make you feel a little grown, or because the pandemic really put into perspective the importance of growth and learning in life. In this week's episode, I go through some of the major lessons that I learned in my twenty years of living and reminisce on the choices and situations that I have gone through that led me to learning these lessons that have shaped me into the person I am today.
*DISCLAIMER* The topic of mental health, depression, and a lot of negativity towards myself is spoken about. Please be aware that these topics may be very heavy.

The game of online dating has drastically changed since the pandemic has taken over the whole world. The only way anybody is meeting anybody right now is through online platforms. So for this week's episode I decided to hop on Tinder and see what it's all about.
