Just like the title of this episode says, dating is unhinged.

What happened to courting someone? Holding the door open without having to clear ya throat? Buying flowers just because? Getting to know someone before you're deep in the guts? Well, that's what we get into during this episode as Kim navigates the dating world as a single 20-something-year-old.

After an unexpected four-month break, your Twin Flame besties are back and semi-better than ever. Or at least we're trying to be. We're huge mental health advocates over here, so we believe in breaks and taking time for yourself when it's needed. But it's a new year, and we plan to hold ourselves accountable, especially since so many of you have enjoyed our episodes. 

So, we are back with biweekly episodes, and if you're lucky, weekly episodes. 

Do you have triggers? And no, we don't mean when someone wears their shirt a certain way and you say that it triggers you. We mean a stimulus that elicits a reaction. When your partner yells, does it remind you of something in your past relationship? Do you find yourself worried about whether your partner is cheating because your ex cheated on you? Well Kim and Tabitha both have triggers and dive deep into the different types of triggers in a relationship AND acknowledge some of our own trauma that still affects us to this day.
