What happens when a lifelong Star Wars fan gets the opportunity to help bring the galaxy far, far away to life?
In this special episode of Twin Suns of Star Wars, John flies solo for a conversation with his good friend Bryant V., whose film career has taken him from television to the crews behind The Mandalorian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka, and The Mandalorian & Grogu.
Bryant shares his behind-the-scenes experiences, the extraordinary craftsmanship behind Star Wars productions, and what it's like to work alongside the very people who helped shape your childhood.
The conversation also explores Bryant's remarkable Master Replicas collection, his passion for collecting autographs, and unforgettable encounters with Hayden Christensen, Jon Favreau, Harrison Ford, and others.
But beyond the collectibles and Hollywood stories, this episode is about something even more meaningful: friendship, generosity, and the wonderful connections that can come from a shared love of Star Wars.
Two friends, plenty of stories, and a reminder that sometimes the greatest thing about Star Wars is the people it brings together.

What does it take to give a galaxy its sound? And how do you give the most beloved little green guy in the universe his voice?
This week, John and Nelly welcome David Acord, the extraordinary sound designer and supervising sound editor at Skywalker Sound, whose work has helped shape Star Wars for more than two decades.
But this isn't your typical Star Wars interview.
We start long before Skywalker Sound, exploring David's childhood love of horror films, his unlikely introduction to Hollywood on 12 Monkeys, and the remarkable journey that eventually brought him into the Star Wars galaxy.
From there, we explore the art of sound design, the power of silence, how he preserves the unmistakable sound of Star Wars, his collaboration with Tony Gilroy on Andor, and, of course, the fascinating story of how Grogu found his voice.
David also shares his experiences working on The Mandalorian and Grogu, his appreciation for Star Wars fans, and the creative challenges of bringing imaginary worlds to life.
It's a conversation about movies, creativity, storytelling, and the sounds that make us believe in a galaxy far, far away.
Come for Grogu. Stay for David Acord.

For nearly nine years, The Last Jedi has been debated, dissected, defended, and criticized. This episode isn't about any of that...
We are joined by fellow Last Jedi devotees Sunny and Ross for something much simpler: a love letter to a film that has only grown more meaningful with time.
Together, they revisit the first time they experienced the film and celebrate the moments, characters, and inspiration that have stayed with them ever since, from Rey's search for belonging and Leia's quiet strength to Luke Skywalker's deeply human journey through failure, forgiveness, and hope.
There are laughs, favorite scenes, unforgettable images, John Williams' extraordinary score, Yoda's wisdom, Crait, Canto Bight, and plenty of appreciation for the artistry Rian Johnson and his team brought to a galaxy far, far away.
And then, at the end, everyone gets one final question:
If Rian Johnson were listening, what would you want to thank him for?
Just five Star Wars fans talking about a movie they deeply love. We saw what you made. We felt it. And we loved it. This is our love letter to The Last Jedi.

Our favorite returning guest is back! Jess, aka Vader’s Girl and the woman behind Haydenception, returns to Twin Suns for Episode III. This time, she has incredible Hayden Christensen stories to tell.
Jess takes us inside her latest GalaxyCon adventures in Raleigh and San Jose, from new Haydenception photos and personalized autographs to the scrapbook that Hayden called “history,” saying he had the perfect place for it at home. And then thanked her for by coming around the autograph table for an unforgettable hug.
And somehow, San Jose takes things even further.
We talk Hayden, hugs, photo ops, friendship, fandom, Taylor Swift, the ever-expanding phenomenon that is Haydenception, and what happens when the actor you've admired for years starts becoming a friend.
Funny, sweet, slightly outrageous, and filled with the kind of Star Wars joy we love.
Vader’s Girl is back. And yes, we ask her a whole bunch of on-the-spot questions that make her blush!

It’s time for Con Catch Up!
We have some serious catching up to do as we revisit three very different stops on their summer Star Wars convention tour.
First up: Fan Expo Anaheim, where the return of Mark Hamill sends John back into full Luke Skywalker mode. Then it’s off to Supercon Miami for Rosario Dawson, Hayden Christensen, some unforgettable photo ops and the Hayden hug heard around the world. Finally, we head back to Rebel Scum Con, where great autos, John Boyega, Manny Jacinto, late-night lobby-bar conversations and a growing circle of Star Wars friends remind them what the con experience is really all about.
Three conventions. A lot of autographs. Even more hugs. Too much pizza and quite a few ice-cold Stella Artois
Welcome to Con Catch Up.

This week on Twin Suns, we're joined by listener-turned-dear friend Bo Hannan to unpack an unforgettable weekend at SPACECON in San Antonio.
Bo's Star Wars story is unlike any we've heard before. Less than a year ago, she had never seen Star Wars. Then one blind viewing of Revenge of the Sith changed everything. Fast forward twelve months, and she's traveling across the country, attending conventions, collecting unforgettable memories, and becoming part of an incredible community of fellow fans.
Together, we relive the highs, laughs, and chaos of SPACECON: meeting Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor stories, photo-op adventures, autograph lines, panel highlights, convention mishaps, and the friendships that make these events so special. We also discuss why fandom matters, how online friendships become real-life connections, and why the Star Wars community continues to surprise us in the best possible way.
Whether you're a convention veteran, a Hayden Christensen enthusiast, or someone who simply loves hearing stories about the people who make this galaxy far, far away feel like home, this episode is for you.
Pour yourself a glass of southern sweet tea or, in John’s case, two large San Antonio margaritas, settle in, and join us for a conversation filled with laughter, gratitude, and a whole lot of Star Wars.
