  • Gladys Knight - Tribute Concert Ready?

    Send us Fan Mail

We all love Gladys Knight and once you start listening to one of her songs, you want to listen to more however, I'm wondering if there is something in her performance contract that requires her to perform despite her health.

There are so many talents that would love to and are certainly capable of doing Tribute Concerts to Gladys Knight.

I just don't want to see Gladys Knight on stage the way I've seen her in some of her recent performances so, maybe it's time for Tribute Concerts....

Maybe Gladys Knight just wants to keep performing despite her health OR maybe there's something in her contract that warrants her having to show up despite her health issues.

There was a Lizzo legal case that involved the clause Force Majeure for a festival that was scheduled prior to the pandemic hitting. Deposits and full fees were paid up front but, the pandemic hit.

Rather than use the wording in the Force Majeure clause at the time the deposits and full fee was paid, Lizzo's people re-worded it.

The Promoter landed in a huge financial loss because of that legal clause.

Let's hope that Gladys Knight is not an entertainer that's performing because she has to because of a contract issue.

  • Legal Hot Topic - Will Umar Johnson and FDMG have to admit Snow Bunnies?

    Send us Fan Mail

Looks like on 6/22/26 on a podcast titled SOS Podcast ( Space of Solace Podcast )  Umar  was interviewed about FDMG.

For years he's collected donations from people who thought the school would be a school for black boys. They thought that because that's the way it was promoted.

Any lawyer worth a grain of salt could've educated Umar on the historical law detailed in the Supreme Court ruling in our video here for private schools.

Umar all of a sudden has had a reality check and now in the year of 2026  says " You have to keep in mind, in the state of Delaware, and this is  true probably for almost every state in the country. You can not discriminate on the basis of race even if you are an independent school so, we would have to consider students who are not black for enrollment inside of our school, otherwise it would be against the law and we could be sued and shut down and so, because of that we want to be careful of what we teach anyway because let's be honest, it's going to be black parents who would probably be more offended by me teaching some of the things that I believe in than say a white parent or latino parent or east indian parent."

So, do you think donors will be eager to still support FDMG now that in 2026  Umar has realized he will have to admit Snow Bunnies and all other bunnies?

  • Legal Hot Topic - Illinois Supreme Court calls out Prosecutor Scott Arthur's behavior in death penalty case

It may surprise some of you that some Cook County Prosecutors behaviors were responsible for or a contributing factor in landing the innocent on death row and or in prison for crimes they had nothing to do with.

The Illinois Supreme Court called former Cook County State Prosecutor Scott Arthur out for his behavior in the case of Verneal Jimerson.

We give you a portion of the legal opinion from the Illinois Supreme Court here.

You can learn more about the Verneal Jimerson case by reading a book titled A Promise of Justice by Rob Warden and David Protess that's featured on our social media sites.

  • Louisiana's Wrongful Conviction Problem - Attention Essence Festival Attendees

    Send us Fan Mail

As tourist flock to the Essence Festival what they more than likely don't know is, Louisiana has a huge issue with wrongful convictions that later result in exonerations where State Prosecutors withheld material exculpatory evidence from the defense and jury.

A book/audiobook titled Killing Time by John Hollway and Ronald M. Gauthier should be something that's put in gift bags for all Essence Festival attendees, in hopes they'll be better informed about how innocent black men ( usually poor and uneducated ) have been victims of The State System that fails to hold those State Prosecutors accountable in the most fitting way.

  • Does Chicago City Council's Sleep on Remedies Promote Police Corruption?

    Send us Fan Mail

City Council votes on and approves payments for police corruption in Chicago.

Cook County Commissioners votes and approves payments for police corruption in Cook County.

That's 2 checks for each victim that has to be paid for rogue cops that investigated a case that State Prosecutors went forward with that led to a wrongful conviction or plea that later resulted in an exoneration.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that police are a part of the State Prosecutors team so, it's the duty of the State Prosecutors to make sure all ducks are in a row.

Consider this, while rogue cops and anyone else on The Team are found to have been involved in wrongfully convicting someone who was later exonerated, that means the actual responsible party was left out on the street ( if he/she's not in prison for other crimes ) to commit other crimes.

There are plenty of instances where this has happened.

Why should the public be put at risk like that? Why should the public be put in the position where their public trust in the system is very low because of rogue cops  and anyone else on the team found to have been involved in wrongful convictions  that later result in exonerations?  All the while, with The Team not being held accountable for any part they played in it..

  • 3 Corrupt Police Convicted and 2 Pleas in Tyre Nichols Federal Trial

    Send us Fan Mail

    4/19/26

Don't sleep on the Tyre Nichols case.

We are waiting for the Federal Appeals court to rule on the appeal for a New Trial.

The DOJ opposes a new trial for the officers requesting it.

I simply have no tolerance for corrupt law enforcers because if you can't trust them, we've got a problem.

Corrupt officers make life a living hell for the many good officers and those in charge of managing and supervising them.

They have no where to go to report the corruption except to the media because reporting it internally only leads to retaliation.

Sadly, most police departments have failed the public at getting rid of the rotten trees that smell the place up so, that's why there's so much corruption.

It's rare to see a gang of police lining the courtroom walls when corrupt cops are prosecuted and sentenced but, you'll see them filing the courtrooms up in other instances.

Yet, the police force always says " there are more good ones than bad ones..." Tell them to come to the courtrooms in mass when corrupt cops are being sentenced to prison.

IF the lower level cops are too afraid to show up ,which I can somewhat understand, then the white shirts should line the walls in support of cleaning up the force.

Perhaps that would demonstrate to the public that the white shirts running the day to day really do want to rid the force of the rotten trees.

Be sure to check our youtube channel that will be live in May 2026 for videos on corruption and more!

  • True Crime - Corrupt Cop Gerald Goines Sentenced to 60 Years for Murder

    Send us Fan Mail

Corrupt Cop Gerald Goines is now sitting in a prison cell after being sentenced to 60 Years in prison.

He was a danger to the community for years.

After framing some individuals and ruining their lives, he is now getting the justice we as a community deserve.

It took the State many years to get into gear to do their job and many lives were ruined in that time but, you gotta admit, that jury realized what a danger he was/is to the community and felt he should be removed from society.

Not only was he a danger to the community, he was a danger to good officers that simply don't want to work with corrupt cops. He is one of the corrupt officers that put good officers in danger of creating ill will between the public and police.

The Defense Attorney did a great job for her client but, the State Prosecutors had a lot of evidence that they just couldn't get around.
