• Twitter (TWTR) - Shares were up 4% Monday morning follow weekend reports Elon Musk and the Twitter board met on Sunday to discuss a possible takeover. Reports Monday said the Twitter Board was "poised" to accept a $54.20 bid from Musk and the deal could be finalized as early as Monday.
• Intel (INTC) - A play on upcoming earnings. Intel will report quarterly results after market close on Thursday, Apr. 28.
• SPDR Select Sector Financial ETF (XLF) - A contrarian way to play rising interest rates in the US and globally. Investors last week priced in four 50 basis point rate hikes by the Federal Reserve during the remainder of 2022.
• Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC) - A play on the Elon Musk, Twitter deal. If the Twitter deal goes through and Elon Musk is able to focus the company on removing limits to users' speech, Digital World's Truth Social partner could be the detriment.
• Supernus Pharmaceuticals (SUPN) - A play on an upcoming FDA date. An FDA panel will rule on expanding the label for the company's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by Friday, Apr. 29.
