Grab two pieces of paper
At the top of the first page write your name and age of you today
On this page, only add every person, place, and anything of substance, that is a part of your life today.
[don't include anything from the past or the future]
Where you live, family, friends, work, opportunities, interests, hobbies, goals, dreams, aspirations, etc..
When you are done start on the second page
Write at the top the name and age of that younger aspect of you; in your past; who suffered the trauma event.
All the questions you answered for you today, answer for them back then. Include his sense of innocense before the event; and their loss of innocence from the event.
Look for the differences.
We want to separate the person we are today, from that aspect of who suffered the actual event.
It might be a good idea to add a picture of each of you to it's own biography.
Some of us have been conditioned to ignore the stark differences between the two. This causes many people to believe its their job or obligation to their past self, to continue to give life to a dead thing; and our actions are literally bringing the death, decay and disease of a dead thing into our present, and looking around you; you can see how it destroys everything and everyone it touches.
It destroy all your hopes, and dreams too.
But hopefully you realize you are probably one of the 390 million people misdiagnosed with a mental disorder as you see the past didnt happen to the person you are today. it's literally none of your business today and the faster you get rid of it the better
