In this episode, we share our experiences with being the therapist friend, discuss some pros and cons of the matter, and shed light on how potentially damaging one of these therapist-friendships can be. We also offer some advice to both parties involved in this situation. Although we always support being vulnerable and discussing mental health with your friends, we also want to remind all of our listeners not to do so at the expense of your own mental health, to communicate clearly, and to set boundaries when needed!
