According to published reports, two Bloomfield Police Officers were indicted after a dashboard video raised doubts about what they claimed occurred during an arrest.

The officers were charged with conspiracy, official misconduct, tampering with public records and false swearing. The charges were the result of an arrest incident that occurred in June of 2012.
