Two Brad For You

Tired of the "mainstream media"? Have no fear the saviors of modern media have arrived. The Brads are back and after getting the obligatory post election doom and gloom out the way they are back doing what they are best at...talking about diseases. An optimistic sounding Zika update quickly turns south as Brad drops an infectious dose of caution on this segment. But as the newly crowned saviors of new media are charged to do they quickly turn around to some positives with hope for space travel in the form of the EM drive, wormholes and new idea, the Ministry of Hair Brained Ideas. Speaking of which they also touch on an audience favourite head transplants.

The Brads are back on the case after a hiatus and just in time to declare they've had enough of the US election but not enough to refrain from hard speculating about how the vote and post vote aftermath will play out. One Brad rants about all things British and tennis while the other tries to bring up hockey. Take a guess which is which. The latest from the disease world is here with a double disease update, both Ebola and Malaria make an appearance. But have no fear because when Ebola inevitably melts your organs we have the solution, pig grown pancreases and the requisite scare mongering of GMO pig babies. And if that wasn't enough to creep everyone out you will never guess what spiders have been up to right under our noses...actually make that ears. Enjoy.

Well this just about became the lost episode due to vacations and technical issues, you may notice it sounds a bit different but the content is still top notch. Self driving cars, the search for new worlds and what we would hope to find. Turns out we hope the new colony looks alot like Canada. This plus rigorous research into beer, its taste and the effects on relationships (spoiler: if you like this show you probably already know the answer to both).

The Brads are hitting their stride with an episode of chalk full of hot segues and witty banter. But wait there's more. Brad has returned from the UK and Brad is still there. After a brief recap of Brad's trip to the UK and deep insights into British culture the Brads move on to brighter things. How bright? No doubt you were all waiting for Brad's reaction to the "Brexit" as his beloved island voted to isolate itself even further, and here it is. And as usual Brad also has his perspective and is willing to rant "aboot" anything. It's not all doom and gloom though as we find out some good news regarding the ozone over Antarctica, well good news if you're a penguin I guess, plus we talk the latest from those eggheads in Switzerland smashing atoms. Episode 2 was recorded in a pre Brexit world. If only someone our future selves could have popped back to warn us. This one twists and turns though quickly leaving Brexit talk for greener pastures.
