The truth is, humans need boundaries in our lives for most things we do. Isn't lack of boundaries how we end up with bad habits? Most are pretty good with setting boundaries, until it comes to personal relationships but boy are those the ones we truly need at some points in our life. Never easy; always a wise move though. Boundaries have to be connected to our acknowledgement that we cannot control others behavior. Simple to understand but not easy in practice.
