On this episode we get into what the first initial cue was that showed the girls they needed healing in their lives. We get deep about situations in our lives that caused us to look inwards and make a much needed change to be able to move towards the lives we ultimately see for ourselves. Talking about what practices we’ve tried and have found absolute solace in as well as what practices, while great for others, were not so beneficial in our personal healing journeys. We reflect on how far we've come on our journeys and just how much we feel is left for us as individuals. We wrap up  the episode with a game of "We're Not Really Strangers" to get just a bit deeper and more personal.
