We often see sin only as outward bad behavior. But in the parable of the Prodigal, Jesus was the addressing the Pharisees- the ones who outwardly had it altogether but were inwardly full of pride and self-righteousness. In this conversation we talk about why this type of sin is so destructive and how helping our kids understand the two categories for sin brings them to a place of knowing deeper their need of a Savior.
