What we tell ourselves over and over we tend to believe. This doesn't mean it is as easy as just telling ourselves the opposite of what we're currently doing. Those stories we tell ourselves are so powerful. Our lifestyle depends on what stories we tell ourselves. A healthy lifestyle means we need to have a healthy mindset. We need to believe in ourselves and focus on what we want to achieve. Success is ours for the taking if we work on these two common myths and not get caught up in the stories we tell ourselves.
