We're joined by a special guest, friend of the show Mr. Derek Douglas. He heard Matt had some disparaging remarks about Zack Greinke's first go-round with the Boys in Blue and is here to set our beloved @wmchammer33 straight. Surprisingly there are zero Will Smith Chris Rock references, but we do play over under on the Vegas picks for NFL Team wins.
Tyreke Hill was a major part of the start of this illustrious podcast. As of yesterday, he is no longer a Chief. He is the highest-paid WR in the game, and the Chiefs got a boatload of draft picks. The boys reminisce on his time as a Chief and speculate on what's to come. Thanks for everything, Tyreke. Good luck in Miami (except when you play the Chiefs)
It is the annual ruse where Andy and Matt bring on guests to provide insight on the NCAA Tournament but in reality they are just stealing other people's picks. At least this year, Andy acknowledge he uses ESPN Random selection tool. A fun time as always and thanks to Dave, Derek, and Scott for joining in on the fun.
There have been a lot of bad ideas on this show, but this one ranks up there. Andy is trying to squash the beef between Matt and great friend of the show Dave Pilcher. We like Dave, nay we love Dave. But we see the world a bit differently when it comes to football. Andy insisted the microphones be muted and allow Dave uninterrupted time in an effort to squash this beef. #BroncoFanDave comes on and shares with us:

Andy and Matt talk about why Eric Bienemy isn't a head coach in the league. Matt says racism. Andy thinks after 15 interviews that perhaps it may be an EB issue. They attempt to come to an agreement. Spoiler alert - they don't and won't ever. Enjoy the banter. At least they did some research for this episode.
Nothing like getting one of the hosts on a roll like having him sit in a 3 day professional development course that he felt like could have been covered in 3 hours. Turn the mics on and let 'em roll is what we say
The Chiefs blew a 21-3 lead in the AFC Championship game, so the boys are cleaning out their lockers and putting a bow on the season. Today they're joined by our Chief People Officer, Kelly Howerton, and Man of the People, Levi Hart, to cuss and discuss what went wrong in the 2nd Half against the Bengals, Current Grieving status, Irrational Reasoning for the loss (this is all Subway's fault), overall thoughts on the 2021 season, and where we go from here.
One of Andy's closest friends in High School was Ryan Middaugh. They went to Elementary, Junior High, and High School together. As often is the case in life, people go away to college and move on with their lives, and sometimes they go to different states. Today they had the opportunity to reconnect and speak for the first time in probably 20 years. Hear the tales of where they are now, differences between Portland and KC, reliving some great High School memories and stories, and the similarities these two still share even though they are States apart.
It's the 1 year anniversary of the return of #HappyMatt. So, we're checking in to see how he feels about the first year of Joe Biden's Presidency. Topics covered include approval ratings, Afghanistan, Coronavirus, Economy, Immigration Reforms, and the bear record setting pace of Federal Judge appointments.
Honestly, we're surprised it took it this long for HR to have to come on and correct our hosts. Thankfully, we were joined by someone who knows something. Kelly Howerton, Talent Acquisition extraordinaire, joined us to tan about the Great Resignation, Starbucks Unionization, and workplace culture. Of course, they can't get let a guest go without talking sports.
