Two C's with a Pod

Matt has joined the Wook Plus team on a project called One Minute Phishtory and while we typically like to shot on the hosts of this show, it's actually really cool. Truth be told we're a little concerned because that's a pretty slick operation over there and we're worried about our jobs. Eek!

The boys share their memories and pay tribute to Kobe and Gianna Bryant in the wake of the tragedy in Calabasas, CA a few days ago.

Later they get into a conversation and comparison between Antonio Brown, Aaron Hernandez, and OJ Simpson. We weren't really paying attention, but we think Andy tried to make a case that OJ didn't do it. Listen we don't judge what the boys do or do not drink during the recording of these episodes. We just write up descriptions and upload to the Interwebs. Enjoy!

All it took was for us to start a Podcast and the Chiefs go to the Super Bowl. On behalf of all of us here at 2 C's with a Pod - you are welcome Kansas City. While we're handing out thanks and congratulations - congrats to Big Red on finally beating the Tennessee Titans for a second time. Huge accomplishment!

So you heard the President was impeached? What does it all mean? Listen as we try to explain 233 years of political history and parliamentary procedure in one hour. Make sure you are taking notes because Professor Campbell will be quizzing you!

Down 24-0, it didn't look good for the boys beloved Kansas City Chiefs. But then as Andy says the Chiefs saw one go through the hoop. Look, we don't normally like to agree with him or give hm any credit, but we're all giddy after the game so we're going to let his basketball analogy to describe a football game slide just this once. Tune in to find out how the boys emotions ranged throughout the game. Hint: one had some pretty emotional things to say and one tried to act like there was hope, but it was false bravado that proved to be true.

Well, that didn't take long into the New Year / Decade. After literally less than a week making a resolution not to "let things bother him so much" Andy goes on a 45 minute rant about job applicants. Matt offers his support and a lends an ear... or maybe he was still loopy from his pain meds. Still not loopy enough to keep him from sharing some some thoughts about Iran. Honestly, we're just surprised Andy didn't turn that into a 3 hour show on his favorite Iron Sheik wrestling matches.

The boys count down the Top 10 New Year's Resolutions, then take a State by State look at the most common resolutions. We're not sure how to say this nicely so we'll just say it... there are a lot of lonelies out there just looking for love. The fellas give you the best States if you're in the market for that sort of thing. And finally, Matt does something he has never done in his life - he makes a New Year's Resolution!

The bbbbboys are back and they are taking listener questions. Will they actually answer any of the questions? Or will they take the questions and just go off on a tangent? Our money is on the latter. At any rate, they tackle some serious and hard hitting topics such as - the keto diet, Christmas movies, Clint Eastwood, Space Force, fantasy football advice, hatred of Facebook, celebrity blockings, and when Matt figuratively and literally lost his balls. Yay! Fun!

This week it was Matt's turn to contrast and compare 2009 to 2019 Matt. Join along as the boys discuss how the addition of kids, the passing of an old dog and acquiring a new breed, graduating college, working full time as a 4th grade teacher, and of course the change in United States President has impacted Matt's life over the past 10 years

The boys do their version of the 10 Year Challenge. It probably would have been easier if they would have just done the pictures and went along with the facial recognition software updates like the rest of the World. Alas, that is not them. Of course it isn't a 2 C's episode without some friendly politics, religion, and money banter between the hosts.

We'll be honest, when we read the title of this episode we snakily thought "Everybody". Then we listened and found out the title was not an exhaustive list of people better than one of the co-hosts of this dumpster fire, but rather the illustrious Head Football Coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. The correct answer, of course, is noooooobody. However, these two manage to get even the simplest of questions wrong.
