Part 1 of our feet podcast.. In this chat we discuss some ideals around barefoot training and an article by Joel Seedman PhD from back in 4/2/15 (www.t-nation.com/training/truth-about-barefoot-training). This and JD's "fun" facts about feet... I don't know WHERE she gets "fun" from but it ain't these facts?!

This episode JD and me had a chat about living life as opposed to simply existing. We also covered the fact JD likes to claim amazing cooking skills when her husband ACTUALLY cooked everything... I'm gonna be in trouble for writing this

Our buddy Dave Ward hung back after a training session to talk about my knee pain and generally shoot the sh!t with us.. Dave is a Remedial Massage Coach/Educator and has a wealth of knowledge and experience across training platforms. AND he's an all round good guy

Lots of me and JD chatting again about life, using this as bit of a testing ground before we unleash our buddies into the mix.
