Part 1 of our feet podcast.. This and JD's "fun" facts about feet... I don't know WHERE she gets "fun" from but it ain't these facts?!

Our buddy Dave Ward hung back after a training session to talk about my knee pain and generally shoot the sh!t with us.. Dave is a Remedial Massage Coach/Educator and has a wealth of knowledge and experience across training platforms. AND he's an all round good guy
