The guys finally sit down and discuss what is going on with Shield Works and Shogun. They recap their trip to Austin and meeting Nick Bare and the BPN team! The companies are going through a growth period, and the boys discuss the importance of building a team full of the right people and all of the challenges that they are encountering along the way.

We discuss family, business, and how things need to change here. LP has an abundance of knowledge in the business world; from marketing, to management, to sales, to every aspect of workflow. Tonto & I found a new love for Mountain Biking, S/O to the Thick Boy Bike Club. We also go over the importance of growth as a company and as a person. David has a serious spending problem, someone send him help (or a girlfriend).

David and Dane dive into the country re-opening! They discuss the growth they are experiencing. How to hire and what to look for. David forces Dane to open up and let him in to all that is going on.

They go into Shogun, their fitness products brand and how they have been able to provide gym equipment for home workouts. Dane shares the future of the brand.
