In hour two, Terry Bell checks in with the guys from the DNC, recapping the "two for one" convention in Chicago, and rally by Harris in Milwaukee yesterday. John covers Trump meddling with Gaza ceasefire talks, and the guys check in with Brittney Merlot for the latest weather report. Before the break, we hear a campaign ad from Harris played at the DNC about the right to choose, as well as a comical but humanizing slip up by her, swearing on camera. Later, Mike McCabe makes his weekly Wednesday appearance, talking with the guys about his trip up north, and how the political scene seems to be changing. They also talk more about Phil Donahue, hugely influential political TV talk show host, and the first to break down so many media and social barriers. Closing out, they get his take on commuter rail systems, now that its alternative, BRT, is coming to Madison next month.
