Two Gays Watch

On this week’s episode, the two gays are watching the movie that’s based off a beloved SNL character: Superstar! Hosts, Arron Holman, and Zacary Landolt, discuss their love for Molly Shannon. A love that goes all the way back to when they were baby gays. 

They talk about  their favorite characters, and scenes from the movie, including the ”supermodel documentary hour”, and all the monologues from made for TV movies. Also, Arron gets to live his dream of being Mary Katharine Gallagher, and Zacary does his best old lady impression, in the segment called: TWO GAYS ACTING!

 And as always, they close out the show by rating Superstar, with their notorious “GAY-O-METER”! The device that lets the audience know just how gay they think the movie is!

On this week’s episode, the two gays are going on a journey to the fictional town of Mount Rose, Minnesota! This is the setting for the 90s dark comedy, Drop Dead Gorgeous, which is filled with hilarious performances from Kirsten Dunst, Denise Richards, Brittany Murphy, Amy Adams, Allison Janney, and Kristie Alley (yes HER). Arron and Zacary discuss their favorite lines, and characters, as well as try on their best Midwestern accents for the segment: TWO GAYS ACTING!

This week, the gays are watching a movie that was a pivotal pop culture item, for both of them! 

Jawbreaker, is the 90's cult classic thats STACKED with amazing women, including; Rose McGowan, Rebecca Gayheart, Judy Greer, Julie Benz, Pam Grier, and Carol Kane. 

This movie has colorful costumes, a killer soundtrack, hot guys, and bitchy teenage girls...So essentially, it's a gay man's dream. Your hosts, Arron and Zacary, talk about their favorite scenes and outfits, and later in the show, they will perform an iconic scene from the movie, in the segment called: Two Gays Acting!

And as always, they will wrap things up by measuring the film on the, GAY-O-METER! Where the film gets rated on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the most straight, and 10 being the most gay!

Just in time for Halloween, the two gays, Arron Holman, and Zacary Landolt, watch the horror movie that’s dripping with mommy issues: Hereditary!

In this latest episode, they’ll dive into a love fest for actress, Toni Collette, who stars in this modern horror masterpiece. They’ll also discuss their favorite scares, twists, and also the odd creature that is: Charlie.

Later in the show, Arron and Zacary perform the infamous dinner monologue that Toni Collette performs to her son, in the film.

And of course they rate the film on their trusty “Gay-o-meter”, to see just how gay they believe this movie is. So join the fun for an extra spooky episode of, “Two Gays Watch a Movie”!

Ya know those movies that you watched a million times on cable tv as a teen? Well this is one of those, for Arron and Zacary. It had colorful fashions, a dry, sardonic wit, and was led by two fierce, funny blondes! Of course we're talking about, Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion! It starred 90s comedy icon, Lisa Kudrow, and Academy award winner- Mira Sorvino, in the titular roles! It features a million quotable lines, future stars (Janeane Garofalo, Alan Cumming), and an iconic dance number, set to Cyndi Lauper's hit, Time After Time. You all know the scene...

Join your two gays, as they reminisce on what this movie meant to them as baby gays, discuss all their favorite characters/scenes, and act out some iconic moments in the segment: "TWO GAYS ACTING!"

And as always, they will measure the film on their highly scientific, and (probably) accurate, "GAY-0-METER"! Where they rate the film on a scale of 1 to 10! 1, being the most straight, and 10 being the most gay!

Alright everyone, GIRD YOUR LOINS! Because on today's episode, Arron and Zacary, will be watching the modern comedy classic, "The Devil Wears Prada". Yes,  that's right! the movie that we have all watched about a million times via cable tv, starring ICON Meryl Streep, scene stealers Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci, and the ultimate ugly duckling to swan: Anne Hathaway. 

They talk about all of their favorite moments, fashion looks, and throw down about whether it was rude or not, that Andy (aka Andrea) was always answering her phone. It all gets discussed, girl!

Then later in the show, your two gays will both get to live their Miranda Priestly fantasy, in the segment: "TWO GAYS ACTING!"

And of course, they close things out by measuring the movie on their not yet patented: GAY-O-METER! As always, the movie is measured on a scale of 1 to 10. With 1 being the most straight, and 10 being the most GAY. Or to put it in perspective, using references from "The Devil Wears Prada": 1, is a lumpy blue sweater, and 10, would be THE Chanel boots!

Welcome to the premiere episode of, “Two Gays Watch a Movie”! Follow Queens Arron Holman, and Zacary Landolt, as every episode they celebrate/discuss/Kiki/quote a different fab film with each other. 

For the first episode they are watching the 1995 comedy classic, Clueless! It was a film that in some ways sums up all of mid 90s pop culture. And there’s so much to unpack about this movie! The fashions, the quotes, the characters, the bitches, and all the behind the scenes trivia that you can stand, MAMA! 

Also, every episode Arron and Zacary will have two recurring segments, the first, called “TWO GAYS ACTING!”, where they’ll bring you some real thespian skill darling! 

And the second, where they take all the components of the film and pack them into their very scientific, and very legit, GAY-O-METER! Where they will analyze just how gay the film is, on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the most hetero, and 10 being the most gay. Or to put it into terms related to Clueless, 1 is Josh’s flannel shirts, and 10 is Cher’s iconic Calvin Klein mini.
