  • 95. Twister
The topic of today’s episode is one that your gay host, Arron, is very excited to finally dive into. The topic is of course the classic 90’s weather-based action adventure film: Twister! Such 90’s film staples like Helen Hunt, and Bill Paxton (as well as a baby Phillip Seymour Hoffman) go chasing after tornadoes, and eat a ton of steak and mashed potatoes along the way! But before Arron and Zacary dive into Twister, they play a fun game of “Do We Like Them?”. Everyone’s new favorite game on the show.

  • 94. Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again
Well listeners, this week we are headed to Greece (much to the delight of host Zacary), to singalong to ABBA, marvel at Cher, and cry a little with Meryl Streep. That’s right. We’re watching: Mamma Mia- Here We Go Again! Zacary’s been trying to talk Arron into doing this as an episode, ever since we covered Mamma Mia! Tune in to hear Arron’s thoughts on the film, and find out if we break the “Gay-O-Meter” from trying to measure the gay levels of this film! • 93. Vh1 Divas Live!
Divas. Who doesn’t have one that is their queen? Well this week, the two gays are taking a look back at the VH1 Divas Live concert series that brought iconic artists like Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Cher, Tina Turner, Carole King, and MANY more, all to the same stage, to slay us with their vocals! Arron and Zacary talk about their favorites, put together a dream lineup, and even somehow go on their own diva tangent about Jessie J (you’ll just have to tune in to find out about the last part). So if you like belting goddesses, and two queers with opinions, then this is going to be a treat!

  • 92. The Gays Remember Olivia Newton-John
On this week’s show, the gays take a moment to look back at the legendary career of Olivia Newton-John, who we sadly had to say goodbye to recently. Zacary couldn’t be here for the tribute, but joining Arron is another gay, namely, Jorim Soeters! They talk about Olivia’s remarkable career, they especially highlight Grease, Xanadu, and her ally status to the LGBTQ community! It’s a sad occasion, but we’re still choosing to celebrate her joyous, beautiful spirit!

  • 91. Music Videos We Love
Who doesn’t love a great music video? Well we know that these two gays certainly do. We thought we’d do something a little different today and take a journey through our childhoods, into our teens, and go straight into now, through the music videos that we obsess over. There are some classics like TLC or Lady Gaga, and because it’s us, you know we have some left field choices as well. At the end of the show we both surprise each other with something to watch! It’s a really fun show today, so kick back and enjoy the trip through time. Remember when MTV and VH1 played music videos?

  • 90. Top 5 SNL Sketches Of All Time
(Not) live from (Not NY) it’s the two gays talking about Saturday Night Live! This comedy institution of a tv show is something that Zacary and Arron certainly share a deep affection for, and it was about time they brought it up on the podcast! They talk about their favorite casts, iconic sketches, characters, and share their lists for their personal picks as the top 5 SNL sketches of all time! Granted this was a very hard accomplishment, so it looks like this probably won’t be the last time that SNL is the topic of an episode. From the Spartan cheerleaders, to the Californians, to Stefon, and even some classics like Sprockets, and Coffee talk, the gays go on quite the journey back in time!

  • 87. Original Cast Album: CO-OP (Documentary Now!: S3/E3)
This week, as a lovely pairing with our last episode on the Stephen Sondheim masterpiece: Company, the gays are taking a left turn into the spoof realm. Today, they’re talking about the episode from season three, of the hilarious mockumentary comedy series: Documentary Now, which gives the fictionalized account of the cast recording of the (very) short-lived Broadway musical: CO-OP! The episode is itself, a parody of the documentary about the grueling recording of the original cast album of Company. The hilarious score for CO-OP (not COOP), was partially written by comedic geniuses Seth Meyers and John Mulaney (who also plays a parody of Sondheim to great effect). The gays talk about the amazing cast, which includes a mix of comedians and Broadway celebs such as: Renee Elise Goldsberry, Alex Brightman, Paula Pell, Richard Kind, and more! Arron and Zacary go through all the hilarious songs, and of course rate the episode on the trusty “Gay-o-meter”. To close out the show, it’s Arron’s turn to surprise Zacary with a surprise video for them to watch and react to! It’s a real fun, Broadway romp today, so be sure to tune in!
