One common struggle most parents experience is the struggle of having picky eaters in the house. Paris Rollins was part of that experience, but wanted to make a change, not only for herself, but for her kids. From Paris:

“My name is Paris, and I am a proud mom of 4 children. I am very familiar with and have personally experienced the struggles of wanting your children to have the same love for veggies that they have for sweets and unhealthy foods. After starting my business from my very own experience, I realized that children aren't necessarily picky and that us moms are primarily responsible for shaping our children's palates. I cater healthy kid meals to schools every day but on my journey with my business and 3 children later, I soon discovered that children form their food preferences way before toddler meals. It starts as early as being in the womb based off mom's repeat food choices during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Our babies taste all those flavors in the womb and in mom's milk. Once discovering this, I set on a journey to capture children at the EARLIEST time possible that you can, when they form their food memories. I now train a child's taste palates to be more acceptant of foods like kale, spinach, beans, lentil, and more way before their first spoon of baby food.”

Depression takes those thoughts away from you. It lies to you and tells you that you can’t have the life you want. When the fog cleared, I saw the life I wanted, and I made it. I’m the boss now.
