Join the 4-O-Clock Club! Crystal and I have been getting up early for 5 years consistently. To see clearly in life is so tricky, due to the sheer volume of information out there. How do you have a true perspective? 

To not perceive what is going on around you can be…devastating. It might be the difference between you making it to your destination or disaster. 

Crystal and I talk about how an ALERT navigation exercise illustrates this. 

What is the light in the dark? What can give you principals for every minute of every day? 

We have found that the Bible has the answers for those that are willing to really look at it with an attitude of action.

Crystal and I are going to be running a 25K (15 mile) race in May 2020. In order to properly execute this goal well, and without injury, there are some disciplines that should be put into practice prior to the sound of the starting gun on race day. Life is filled with “races” we ought to be training for and running. Marriage, job, kids, and a million other responsibilities of a life are filled with potential meaning. The little things make up the foundation stones of the well-built life.
