Project InBetween - Healing Journeys

Two men, three parents and a Fitmess of human emotion

Listen Later

Zach and Jeremy of podcast show "The Fitmess Guys" come onto the podcast to share their own unique journeys and changes in identities and the healing from the stress that comes within those changes.

We also discuss the perils of parenting in the new age, not unlike being bought up in the dark ages of the 70's,80's and 90's where, Boys don't cry, Don't be a wuss, Get up and stop crying and all of the hideous messages boys received in an era where "mental health doesn't exist".

Kind of a ridiculous notion when you look at it from a biological perspective.... Mental = Mind and the mind = brain..... We ALL have brains, so together we demystified brain and emotional health from a masculine and feminine perspective,  destigmatizing brain health and real human emotion one podcast at a time!
