John and Paul had the pleasure of talking with internationally renowned Chef John Higgins. Mr. Higgins has been practicing his craft for over four decades. He was Queen Elizabeth's Chef for some time and has worked at so many high-profile restaurants, it would be impossible to list them all. He spent many years - and has just retired - as the Director of Enterprises and Brand Ambassador for the Center for Culinary Arts at George Brown College in Toronto.

John relates some great anecdotes, drops a few names, and talks about what it takes to make it in the culinary world.
