John and Paul had the opportunity to interview Colette Mesher from the Ontario Beekeepers' Association ("OBA"). Colette has a Ph.D. from the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom. She is actively involved in the beekeeping industry working for commercial beekeepers, teaching workshops, and running her own beekeeping business. She is currently the OBA's "Technology Transfer Program Lead Specialist".
This was an extremely informative interview (to say the least). There's so much the average person does not know about bees! Colette talks about everything from pollination to honey to diseases and how to get started in the apiary world.

The OBA has a "Technology Transfer Program" section with links to all kinds of training and resources here ...

Colette's business is "Miel Rebel Honey". Her online store is here ...
