It's easy to stay close to God when you are passing through a crucible. But, how about when the blessings are flowing?

Look at the lives of King Herod and Joseph (the earthly father of Jesus). How are they remembered? What is their legacy?

Joy is a choice. Don't let the enemy of your soul steal your joy.

We live in very dark times (spiritually). Our job is to bring light to those who are trapped in the darkness. The challenge is the message we are trying to proclaim is one about a "backwards king." And, most people who live in the darkness think we are nuts for believing what we believe. (Note: We must give credit where credit is due. What does it mean to be a person after God's own heart?

Sometimes we just need to be reminded of what it means to be saved.

Calling myself "unworthy" has been identified by psychologists as being unhealthy. But, calling myself "unworthy" doesn't necessarily mean I am suffering from a poor self image.
