***Special Note & Apology***

The recording starts after the beginning of the sermon. Only a few moments of the opening are missing. Our apologies for this.

In this passage of scripture, Paul gave us a great example of how we should live our lives. As we reflect on our relationship with God through Jesus Christ we should be so moved in our spirits that we burst out into spontaneous praise.

In this sermon, Pastor Sugden discusses the prodigal love of the Father.

Separating the Truth from the Legend, Pastor Sugden looks at what really happened on the day Jesus was killed.

What's the difference between being baptized with the Holy Spirit and being filled with the Holy Spirit? Is there one?

Sometimes, I wish that people would leave well-enough alone. But, what do you do when God makes major changes in your life? I mean, He can do what He wants, but it sure messes things up for me!

The secret to finding true power in our prayers is being of one mind and spirit with Him in His giving up everything to God

The thought of our fellowship in the intercession of Jesus reminds us of what He has taught

us more than once before, how all these wonderful prayer-promises have as their aim and their

justification, the glory of God in the manifestation of His kingdom and the salvation of sinners.

As long as we only or chiefly pray for ourselves, the promises of the last night must remain a sealed

book to us. It is to the fruit-bearing branches of the Vine; it is to disciples sent into the world as

the Father sent Him, to live for perishing men; it is to His faithful servants and intimate friends

who take up the work He leaves behind, who have like their Lord become as the seed-corn, losing

its life to multiply it manifold;

Nothing can make strong men but the word coming to us from God

Prayer has no higher beauty or blessedness than this, that it glorifies the Father. (Andrew Murray)
