Main Sermon Points- -1- In the midst of a time of national discouragement and backsliding, Zechariah calls the people to return to the Lord. -2- God's call to return to Him is an expression of His grace and a reason for hope.

Main Sermon Points- -1- Times are bad when there are few godly people - and unbelievers, and their ideas, are in the majority. -2- Even in bad times, when vileness is exalted as acceptable, God's Word and His work in and through His people is strong and enduring.

Main Sermon Points- -1- Those who are righteous in the Lord must actively trust in Him even when their faith seems foolish to others. -2- Those who are righteous in the Lord recognize by faith that they have good reasons to trust Him even when the outward circumstances are grim.
