Join Daniel Nickles and Chris Thompson, with their guest Billy Keels, as they talk about how he makes it all work as a real estate investor in the US all the way from Europe. After reading, or should we say devouring, the world-famous purple book on investing, Billy was surprised by the possibilities of his money working for him. As a long-distance real estate investor, it'd be the team for Billy if anything is his make or break. In this episode, Billy shares the possibilities that passive investing allows investors and the four elements to make long-distance real estate investing more successful.
In this episode you will learn:
About Billy Keels:
Before becoming a real estate entrepreneur, KeePon Cashflow's founder Billy Keels worked in the corporate world. During his corporate career, Billy put his leadership and relationship-building skills to good use to help clients get to the root of issues that were holding them back from full success. Billy earned his stripes as a true problem-solver, a skill he carried into his new entrepreneurial life.
What made him popular with employers who sent him across the globe to meet with Fortune 500-level clients is the same thing that makes him popular with investors, buyers, and sellers in real estate today… his skills in coming up with real solutions that work in the real world for real people!
Billy says that he was happy enough in his J.O.B., but something was missing. An emptiness and longing for a different life chewed on him, pulling him to what he knew he wanted to do more than anything else. So he took steps and kept on the path to his goals. KeePon Cashflow is the result of his efforts.
Today Billy is an international real estate entrepreneur, problem-solver, author, coach, and mentor. He sees opportunities where others often don't in real estate.

He also talks about his book that teaches real estate investors about the vital part of a deal no one talks about. If there is one word to describe Mike, it would be tenacious. In this episode, Mike shares his experience selling 78 houses in his first 9 months into real estate; all by relentlessly following fundamentals, basic techniques, and mastered repetition. As the author of the book Exit Plan – Mike also elaborates in this episode what one should learn to do in a deal's highest point of profit.
In this episode you will learn:
About Mike Morawski:
Michael "Mike" Morawski is a 30+ year real estate investment veteran. He has controlled over $285,000,000 in real estate transactions. Mike is an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach with strong personal resilience and a deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life. He has coached hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.
Michael began as a general contractor in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with $5 mm in annual revenue. He sold his company and then took some time off to decide what to do next. Michael entered the real estate industry as a sales agent building a team of agents and support staff that produced over $20 mm per year in sales production.
In 2005, Michael started a private equity firm, raising $18 mm in private equity and acquired $60 mm in multi-family apartments, including 4,000 units in five different US markets. As part of the company's growth, Mike built and developed a property management division that managed 7,500 units.
Mike has always believed that transparency and honesty are central to any successful business and personal life. As a result of the 2008 world economic crisis, Mike let his guard down and let his transparency slip. The impact that had on his company and its real estate holdings left him scrambling to protect the company and its investors.

Join Daniel Nickles and Chris Thompson with their guest Adam Stern as they speak of everything about off-market deals and renting homes over owning homes. Due to what happened in 2008, Adam discovered the turmoil that the decline of rates for selling homes can create for homeowners. As a result, paying for rent compared to paying a mortgage becomes more of the wiser option for most. In this episode you will learn:
About Adam Stern:

Join Daniel Nickles and Chris Thompson with their guest Steven Pesavento as they talk about passive investing and the different principles that have brought him, and will bring you, to success. At a young age, Steven grew up learning that life was constantly changing. In this episode, listen as he explains how that belief carried on until he became professional and successful in his league. He has firmly proven that by changing what we think, we can directly impact what we do and what ends up showing to the rest of the world.
In this episode you will learn:
About Steven Pesavento:
Steven is from a small town in Minnesota. He wanted to be two things growing up: A Chef like Emerald Lugosi or renovate houses like Bob Villa. He graduated from St. Johns University in 2011 and took his first real job in Management Consulting. It was a great way to start, but there was no passion for it. Steven doubled his salary with every new job but realized that chasing money wasn't the key to happiness.
After many industries and a few businesses later, he had to get back to the core desires: What do I want in my life? Real estate was a topic that kept surfacing. So he took the leap. He listened to every podcast, book, mentor, and speaker he could find. He needed to learn everything he could as fast as he could. Two years after starting, Steven bought and sold 200 properties in two states.
He renovated many of them and built a wonderful team, all working towards one mutual success. He has found a new mission in life: Help others live a better life every day, have fun, and make money.
