River + Michele had to each create their own solo cast this week as we were both traveling. We hope you enjoy the topic, "the first half of 2024." What are lessons were/are, and what we were working on. Life continues to move on and the first half of the year we had lots of memorable moments. Cheers to the next half and ending this year stronger than we started; meaning mentally and physically!! Go us.
