As we explore this idea of antifragility more and more, it becomes apparent that there are key techniques we can implement into our lives that will help us build systems to encourage antifragility (as opposed to fragility). First, this means we need to lean into redundancy and second this means we need to actively get rid of the things making us fragile. If we work toward building our own antifragility, we are working toward an entrepreneurial mindset.
