Some may say the stars aligned when Staci Berryman and Heidi Blalock met at an autism walk in 2009. That meeting led the duo to co-founding Emerald Coast Autism Center, a non-profit school and therapy center for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. From finding land to lease for only one dollar per year, to planning a second facility to prepare their students for the workforce, Staci and Heidi are sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly about their journey!
