Let me ask you a question: Have you read any of the X-Men: Elsewhen that John Byrne has been releasing on his own site?

WHY NOT?!?!?!?

Holy crap! Do you not realize what you are missing?

New John Byrne X-Men art. And we are not talking the current roster. We are talking from the 1970 and early 1980 heyday when Byrne and Claremont were making great stories like the Beatles made great songs.

We live in wondrous times and yet scary times.

X-Men Elsewhen is free to read, just gotta go to his site, link below.

So we are talking more Elsewhen. I hope you are listening. With Tim Elliott still on assignment (read: unboxing stuff in his new home) Brian Hughes calls back Intern John Hyatt and brand new guest, long time listener and feedback writer, Kirk Greenfield.

Kirk, John and Brian pick up from our last show and go over issues 5 and 6 of the FanFic that Byrne has been giving us straight from the pencil.

So while you are still holed up and looking for something to do, check out our latest episode and let it take you away from that Corona Virus Lockdown for just a little while.

Are you still trying to figure out where this free fan fiction can be found?

You can find it here: http://byrnerobotics.com/forum/forum_topics.asp?FID=6

You can find the podcast Kirk Greenfield did with his daughter, “Imperius Rex: Confessions of a Serial Surface Invader” athttps://serialsurfaceinvaders.tumblr.com/

In episode 151 of the Man of Screen podcast Mike Zummo moves into alternating coverage of the Ruby Spears Superman and Superboy with the first two episodes of the live-action Superboy show produced by the Salkinds.

For our first episode, the introductory episode of Superboy shows us Lana Lang getting a visit from her estranged father. He tries to reach out to her to bridge the gap between himself and her daughter.

Does it work? Will they fix their relationship? What role does Lex Luthor play?

What is the curse behind “The Jewel of Techecal”?

Then, were going to finish this episode off with Superboy dating. Why not? Hes in college. Hes got hormones. Why wouldnt he date in his Clark Kent identity?

But what does this girlfriend say about Clark Kents taste in women? Is she good for him? Is she a spoiled brat? Does she know her fathers a crime boss?

Or is she “A Kind of Princess”?

Next time: Back to Ruby Spears with “The Big Scoop” and “Triple Play” and the Superman Family Album stories “Overnight with the Scouts” and “The Circus”.

Today, on Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Kat enjoys her first days on the team helping the others save Tommy from a monster in his stomach, and then saves the other Rangers by herself while Billy takes on Brick Bully.

In this week's adventure, Magnus continues the These Seven Men Are Disrupting The Comic Book Industry by putting Savage Dragon v2 #02 under the microscope. The Dragon pays a visit to New York and bumps into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This being the 90's, there's a case of mistaken identity followed by a fight, before they form "an uneasy alliance" and fighting a common enemy.

Seriously, you can make a drinking game out of the number of times "uneasy alliance" pops up in the solicits for team-up issues. Try it some time, if you don't believe.

So what are you waiting for? Start listening right now before the Turtles mistake you for somebody and beat the crap out of you.

Today on Power Rangers Beast Morphers: The Pan-Am Games come to Coral Harbor and the Rangers want to go, but little things like checking Morph-X Towers, fighting Robotrons, and saving Devon from a boxing match against Gigadrones keep getting in the way.

Paul, Scott & Bill wrap up their coverage of the Strange Adventures of the Justice Society of America. How does it wrap up this tale? Does it make the whole series worthwhile or does it drag the whole thing down? Ultimately, it up to you, but listen in to hear how the boys felt about it.
