  • Preacher Season Three Episode Five
Bingestorm covers Preacher season three episode five this week and get sent to a little time out in The Coffin. Tulip has decided to kill Granma to break her hold on Jesse, or has she? Also TC and Jody might have a little something to say about that which may involve found object bathroom warfare. Meanwhile Cassidy is off on his own, trying the local underground pharmaceuticals and hitting the vampire dating scene. Herr Starr is auditioning Humperdoo for the Allfather, Featherstone gets a mission and we finally see Granmas true face, or at least head. Bonus Civil War creepy cosplay and absolutely not an appearance by John Wayne. I saw a podcast with a Chinese menu in its hand and it was called Weekly Heroics. Awooo! Tune in!

  • The Man of Screen Podcast Episode 106 - The All-New Super Friends Hour: Will the Worlds Collide?/The Ghost
In episode 106, Mike Zummo will conclude his coverage of “The All-New Super Friends Hour”, and that will end Season 2 of Super Friends and the 1977 TV season.
And there is plenty of Superman in this final episode.
But first you will meet Professor Pirro, hes mad at the world because hes been expelled from the Scientific community? I dont know. Overreacting much?
And of course, the runaway asteroid about to destroy the planet is made of Kryptonite so Superman is reduced to a spectator while the others try to answer the burning question, “Will the Worlds Collide”?
And then theres some further teamups as Superman teams up with Batman and Robin as they battle “The Marsh Monster” and Superman and Hawkman and Hawkwoman will make a “Time Rescue”.
But thats not all. The end of season 2 is upon as as we get an actual DC Comics villain, this shows first.
While his main opponent is a backup, “Gentleman Jim” Craddock is not as dead as he used to be and wants to punish Superman and Wonder Woman for unspecified crimes against the spirit world.
There will be undead, there will be threats and there will be parapsychologists as the Super Friends try to solve the mystery of “The Ghost.”And then we conclude our coverage of this season with Superman and Green Lantern on a wild elephant chase. Its large. Its white and its angry and its on a “Rampage”.
Next time: Coverage of Season 3 “Challenge of the Super Friends” begins.
