Lanaya Foster, a talented two-way player from Georgia Tech, shares her journey in basketball, sharing her process of developing as a high level offensive and defensive player. On offense she has a mastery of the mid-range game and on the other end she developed a love for shot blocking. She gives gems on her blueprint to being this two talent, the challenges she faced transitioning to college basketball, and emphasizes the importance of the support, mentorship, and basketball IQ in her growth as an athlete that her dad has had on her. She shares her thoughts on the opportunity to play professionally and another goal that she's had for a few years now
