When you're meeting a stranger for the first time, it's hard to gauge their true work ethic and culture. 

So, I’ve had to dream up a few tried and true weird interview questions to pull back the curtain and get a glimpse of the real person behind the interview facade. 

What are these weird interview questions, you ask?
