Welcome back to the pod and this week the boys find themselves in a bit of sticky wicket politically. Tyler asked Ben to bring two movies from 1939 and Ben brought two classics. The first film is the children's classic The Wizard of Oz. The second film and one that may spark some discussion and thought the film, that adjusted for inflation, the highest grossing film of all time Gone With the Wind. (yikes) This in hindsight is an awkward one, both Ben and Tyler understand that Gone With the Wind is, to say it mildly, a bit racist, and it's depiction of slavery and the confederacy has been seen by millions of people in America and has in someway lead to the situation that is happening today. We hope this is not hard to listen to but understand if you can't listen all the way. Spoiler: no.
