The purpose of guardrails is to provide a barrier between what is bad and what is worst. The same should be true in our lives. So what does that look like and where do we need to place these barriers to help protect us from real consequences.

Love and Joy lay the foundation for spiritual fruit, but what does it really look like to display biblical love and joy? What kind of love is Paul talking about and is there any difference between happiness and joy? Through selected passages, we find that the spiritual fruits of love and joy radically transform disciples of Christ and provide a powerful witness to the world that God is sufficient. Are you allowing the Spirit to transform you?

What does it actually look like to grow in your faith? Is there any way to self-assess your spiritual growth? Just like it's important to constantly be checking the chemical levels in your pool, it's important to check your levels of spiritual growth. Jesus made it no secret that following Him would be difficult. However, in John 14 we find that God provides believers with a helper and gives us a standard of measurement when it comes to walking with God in Galatians 5.
