These rounds were powerful enough that my crew guys just standing in a close proximity of a victim shot by this fucking coward received shrapnel wounds.

Every president needs to have a doctrine. Monroe's doctrine told Europeans to stay out of the Western hemisphere. The Truman doctrine contained the USSR by opposing their expansion ambitions. Bush Sr. had the Read My Lips doctrine. Clinton had the I did not have... well you know the rest. Then Bush's son had the Preemption doctrine. Obama had the bow to our enemies doctrine. Donald Trump should also consider formulating a doctrine.

The TRUMP doctrine has not been articulated, as of yet. That is until now. I propose TRUMP adapt what I call the doctrine of Your FIred. The Your FIred doctrine will allow the Donald to finally take control of those unruly bureaucratic agencies and constrain them to constitutional boundaries. This will mean drastically reducing their size.
