The TWS boys are back after a lengthy off-season break!
We catch up on the latest major sports developments and make sure you're fully caught up as well.
We start off with all the great things women have achieved in recent times including the SPAR Proteas at the Netball World Cup, Banyana Banyana at the World Cup and COSAFA Cup (again) as well as Simone Biles' exploits at the US Gymnastics Championship.
On the back of the Rugby Championship, we review the Springboks' performance and Loatile gives us his thoughts on the team that he believes should be on the plane to the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
The major soccer leagues are back in full swing and so of course we look at early results and how teams in both the PSL and EPL are looking for the 2019/20 season.
Lastly, since Loatile has started running (and Kgomotso has been at it on-and-off for a few years), we talk about how best people can get started and running clubs overall.
