🏋️‍♀️ Let’s face it: sometimes losing weight is hard. Even if you put in hours at the gym, stick to your meal plan and avoid cheat meals, and get enough sleep every night, sometimes the scale is going to show an extra few pounds in the morning.

🏋️‍♀️ This is a common complaint that I hear from my clients and I get it. Seeing a higher number on the scale is frustrating. You’re doing everything right, so why are the numbers not going down?

🏋️‍♀️ What many people don’t understand is that weight fluctuations are totally normal. Some days you might hit your goal weight, but then for one reason or another, the scale goes back up the next day.
