On this episode we talk to Tyler and Becca who purchased an adventure van so they can travel and create memories with their 4 young kids.

Ranging from 3 to 9 these kids have seen and done more in their lifetime than most adults as they ride around with their parents to bike, hike, boat and ski.

This was the first episode where I got to talk with a family and reflect on how important is to raise kids into your lifestyle instead of changing everything to raise kids.

Twin Sisters, Anna and Kristy have competed in the Alaskan Iditarod 26 times collectively. In this episode we hear about how dog sledding took them from the friends and family in Wisconsin to Alaska. The love and challenge of the sport led them to open their own kennel where they raise, train and breed their four legged family of huskies.

It was great having Anna and Kristy on to talk about their dogs and an event so wild and unforgiving.

Listen in as Todd tells us about his bucket list goal to have an adventure on every Continent. With 5 down and 2 to go he preps to Scuba Dive the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and eventually visit the South Pole.

Todd is somebody I have known for years and was highly recommended as somebody I should have on the show for his great story telling abilities.

Greg Noble of NoBull Downhill tells the incredible grassroots tale of starting a Team of inclusion in Houston in 2012 alongside his son Dawson, who was 10 at the time, and Carve Skateshop. He walks us through the journey of outlaw races in parking garages, the founding of a team, getting the attention of the scene and how something that started with a few lead to the Team growing to one of the most widely recognized longboarding crews in the world.

This journey is a remarkable one which culminated with the first legal garage race in history downtown Houston, TX in 2015 & 2016 attended by hundreds. Towards the end Greg talks about where he sees the future of downhill skateboarding and his role in it all, while always making it clear that none of this is about him its about the scene.

This is all about a Father and a Son on a journey together, bonding through their love of skateboarding.

I said no more than 50 words in this episode as I sat back and soaked in this amazing tale.

Brian comes on to talk about the East Coast Greenway and how he took some time off to backpack from North Carolina to the southern tip of Florida on his Longboard.

This episode was great for me because I got to reflect on Longboarding which is a hobby I haven't done in quite some time but have many memories, and a few broken bones from my many rides.

Bethany joins us to talk about the sport of biking. From mountain biking to crit racing she's traveled the United States to participate in biking events of all shapes and sizes and even adempted to go pro. Of these events the Marji Gesick was the best and the worst. After getting a DNF twice she finally completed the event after a 21 hour ride and had a nice surprise at the end.

Chris tells us about his long history of running and how its led him to Marathon running and competing with himself. Making a personal goal to run all the World Marathon Majors, Chris competes with himself to always set a new personal record with each race. We talk about growing up as a runner, getting into marathons and setting up goals for yourself to push you to the next level.

Insane Shane tells us how unforgiving the Mountains can be and how you should ALWAYS prepare for the worst. Stories of dehydration hallucinations and avalanches have taught him to respect the mountains, and trust your instincts.
