In today’s episode we will talk about marketing, more specifically how to understand the different types of leads that we can attract to our business. We often make the mistake of assuming that everyone who is contacting our clinic and/or inquiring about our services is coming to us with a similar perspective and understanding of what canine rehabilitation entails and how it can help them; however, that is not always the case. We discuss the three different types of leads (cold, warm, and hot) along with the downsides to focusing solely on hot leads (veterinary referrals) which I discuss in detail.
