Bio For John Steiger:
After listening to the Art Bell radio shows during the 1990s and 2000s,
including the fascinating paranormal reports of Linda Moulton Howe, and
then going on to read the UFO literature of investigators such as Kevin
Randle and others, John Steiger in 2010 began to seriously study UFOs
and the paranormal.
He attended the 2013 Citizens Hearing on Disclosure in Washington, DC
and the Roswell, New Mexico UFO Festivals in 2015 and 2016. Inspired by
these events, John researched and wrote a stage play, THE ROSWELL
TRIAL: A Courtroom Drama in which the audience acts as the jury in a
civil trial between UFO advocates and the U.S. Air Force during which
the evidence for and against the 1947 Roswell UFO crash is presented.
At the play's conclusion the audience votes for the winning side, and
regardless of the outcome -- which is not predetermined -- one is left
having experienced the Roswell case in a nutshell.
Two more plays on the Rendlesham Forest UFOs of 1980 in England and on
the alleged abduction of the UN Secretary General by alien beings off a
New York street in 1989 followed, thus forming THE UFO TRILOGY: Dramas
for the Stage, John's book published by Flying Disk Press in 2020.
For the past two years, John has been working on an Art Bell paranormal
radio project. This will largely be the subject of discussion during
our program.
