Not only was this drug addict the only alleged witness to this crime but she initially told officers that the suspect was a dark skin male that was 5'5. After 4 years, in 2009 Mr. Jackson was arrested for this crime because the same alleged witness switched narratives and told officers Mr. Jackson was the suspect.
